Do you accept orders through WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram?
We accept orders only through the website.
What do I do if I face size fit issues?
Most of our products are unstitched and do not follow a size pattern. In exceptional cases, the details regarding maximum fit are always provided on the product page. For further guidance, you can reach out to us on our email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Do you have a physical store for us to visit?
Thugil is an online Direct to Customer brand therefore we do not have any physical store.
How do we search for the products of Thugil?
Our products are only available on this website (www.thugil.in). We are not available on any other platform. You can also search our products using the SKU-ID displayed on our social media page.
Is it safe to pay with our debit/credit card at the Thugil website?
All credit card and debit card payments on Thugil are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway.
Are there any shipping charges?
All shipments within India are free of shipping charges. Whereas for international shipments there will be additional shipping charges.
I am an international customer. Apart from shipping are there any other charges?
For international customers, depending on their country of residence, there might be additional customs charges/VAT. The customer has to bear the import taxes.
Why is the cash-on-delivery option not available?
Thugil does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to mitigate the risk of potential misuse and fraudulent activities associated with cash transactions upon delivery. This decision aligns with the brand's commitment to ensuring the security and integrity of its online payment processes.
Are there any hidden charges?
The price shown on the cart is the final price, there are no hidden charges.
I would like to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, an order once placed cannot be cancelled.
Do you provide any blouse stitching or Pico service for customers?
Yes, we can but the delivery timeline would be nearly 15-20 days. For this service, you might have to email us /WhatsApp us for an order quotation. Please do not book through the website.
Can my saree be pre-pleated or converted into a ready-to-wear saree?
We don’t have that facility. All our sarees come with an unstitched blouse and saree.
I am an international customer, and can I order a saree to be delivered in India?
Yes. We can deliver your shipment to India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a hotel, we would recommend you to give us your local contact number which would be reachable at all times.
I am missing an item, what do I do?
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, still in such a case, please reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp or email with an opening video and pictures so we can check with our dispatch data as well.
Do I get the sarees ordered in one single parcel?
Our sarees are delivered through 2-3 warehouses across India. Therefore, to expedite the process sometimes the order might be dispatched in batches.
Do you provide colour customization?
Yes, we provide colour customizations for quantities above 5 pieces. But it is important to note that all our collections are hand-dyed and weaved, therefore you can expect 5-10% colour variation.
I would like to place a bulk order with colour customization. Is Thugil equipped to facilitate such orders?
Yes, Thugil can serve up to 100 pieces in a single order. For bulk and B2B queries you can reach out to us by email (enquiry@thugil.in)
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
On successful payment, the customer will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding order number.
How can I track my order?
Typically, the products are dispatched in around 4-5 business days from booking. Customers can expect a tracking number on email within this time frame.
What should I do if I miss a delivery?
Kindly ensure you make someone available to receive the package from the shipping partner. The shipper will make a few attempts in case of missing the delivery. If the package is returned to origin, please contact us to get it shipped again with extra shipping charges.
What happens if my order is not delivered?
