   - To claim a return for a damaged item, you must provide a 360-degree video of the unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

3. Eligibility and Process:
   - To be eligible for a return, the damaged item must be reported within the specified timeframe and the 360-degree unboxing video must be provided.
   - Our customer support team will review the video and assess the damage.
   - If approved, further instructions for returning the damaged item will be provided.

4. Return Shipping:
   - The customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us.
   - Upon receiving the returned damaged item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for a return.

5. Reimbursement of Shipping Charges:
   - If the return is approved, we will reimburse the customer for the shipping charges incurred in returning the damaged item.
   - The reimbursement will be processed after the inspection of the returned item.

6. Inspection and Refund:
   - Once the returned damaged item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
