4. Domestic Turn Around Time (TAT):
- The standard TAT for deliveries to major cities and metros within India is 7-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
- For deliveries to remote locations or areas with limited serviceability, the TAT may extend up to 10-15 business days.
5. Domestic Split Shipments:
- To avoid delays and expedite the delivery process, for certain orders, Thugil may choose to send products through different shipments.
- In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, allowing you to track each product's delivery status individually.
6. International Shipping:
- Thugil offers international shipping through the networks of platforms like Shoppre.
- Customers from outside India can now shop our exclusive collection and we will have their orders dispatched through the Shoppre platform, which handles international shipping and delivery.
7. International Turn Around Time (TAT):
- The TAT for international shipments will depend on the location and shipping method chosen by the customer.
- Customers can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

- Thugil offers free domestic shipping on all orders within India.
- For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated and communicated in the checkout page based on the destination country and package weight.
