Return Policy

We accept returns and exchange only for defective products. An opening video is a must. We don't accept refunds for color variations, not liking the feel of the fabric or minor thread pulls. 

Color Variation

  • There will be 5-10% colour variation due to digital photography

 

-The package includes a semi-stitched pleated lehenga with lining and cancan, as well as a 1-meter unstitched blouse and a 2.25-meter dupatta with tassels.

-The lehenga can support a waist size of up to 42 inches and has a length of 44 inches.

Thugil is an online Direct to Customer brand therefore we do not have any physical store.

How do we search for the products of Thugil?

Our products are only available on this website (www.thugil.in). We are not available on any other platform. You can also search our products using the SKU-ID displayed on our social media page.

Is it safe to pay with our debit/credit card at the Thugil website?

All credit card and debit card payments on Thugil are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway.

Are there any shipping charges?

All shipments within India are free of shipping charges. Whereas for international shipments there will be additional shipping charges.

Can my saree be pre-pleated or converted into a ready-to-wear saree?

We don’t have that facility. All our sarees come with an unstitched blouse and saree.
